Managing Sales in a CRM World is a 2-day workshop designed to ensure sales management leads and mentors using their CRM tools. Bringing management together in a 2-day session gives focus to the different use the tools brings in managing the sales team.

Day 1: Day one is devoted to discussing present sales process, forecasting methods, management style, sales organization structure and technology level, organizational strategy, and special software and reporting requirements for the management team. Special CRM change management techniques and coaching skills are reviewed.

Day 2: Day two will be used for management scenarios and the building of groups and queries for pipeline and forecast analysis using real data. The workshop will focus participants on identifying and solving bottlenecks in process and personnel issues. In addition, the changes CRM tools bring to building sales plans and sales meetings will be reviewed.
